Personal data processing


Personal data will only be collected and processed in accordance with the legislation on data protection.

In certain cases, in particular when users submit personal data by filling in and returning one of the forms on the website, certain personal data may be saved on the server. The publisher processes personal information received from users exclusively to respond to their requests and for the purposes of any future email correspondence regarding any commercial relationship between the user and publisher.

The purpose of this policy is to inform you about how Mosa collects and processes your personal data.

Mosa ensures compliance with applicable legislation, including:

Purposes of processing

The processing activities are carried out to enable Mosa to organize and manage dance education as well as its philanthropic program "Quand on Danse." These processes also allow Mosa to provide you with information related to courses, examination results, and artistic events organized by Mosa (newsletter).

These processing activities are based on:

• the execution of a contract or agreement to which the person is a party, or the performance of pre-contractual tasks in anticipation of a future contract or agreement
• the provision of dance education
• the management of the student's life within or outside of Mosa
• the protection of vital interests of the data subject or another natural person (e.g., in case of emergency admission to a healthcare service)
• the performance of a public interest mission vested in Mosa
• legal obligations imposed on Mosa
• Mosa's legitimate interests
• the consent of the data subjects

Some processing activities are also carried out for statistical purposes.

Recipients of data

Within Mosa, the recipients of the data are employees responsible for the management and organization of dance education provided by Mosa Ballet School.

These employees have access to the data strictly to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. Access to this data is based on individual and limited access authorizations. Individuals with access are subject to confidentiality obligations.

The personal data processed by Mosa may also be transmitted to third parties (consultants and subcontractors, ministries and public administrations, judicial or administrative authorities, publishers, other educational institutions or associations active in the field of therapeutic dance, partners, public or private funding organizations, NSSO, etc.) only if:

• Such transmission is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, or
• Mosa is legally obliged to do so, or
• Mosa engages external service providers to process data on its behalf and under its instructions.

The personal data collected by Mosa is hosted within the European Union. The data is not transferred to a third country.

Data protection

Mosa implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, use, disclosure, or access, including:

• Appointment of a data protection officer
• Raising awareness among its employees about the confidentiality requirements when accessing personal data
• Securing access to premises and IT platforms
• Explicit consent from individuals for the use or dissemination of photos and videos
• Ensuring secure access, sharing, and transfer of data
• High standards of data protection when selecting subcontractors and partners

Right to image

The right to one's image is recognized, and it is up to the individual to decide whether images in which they and/or their child appear can be taken and used. Mosa requires explicit written consent for this purpose.

Data and information relating to you are kept for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, in accordance with applicable legal provisions or the purposes for which they were collected.
