He trained at the Conservatoire de Châteauroux, then at the Centre Chorégraphique under Martine Chaumet and his mentor Christian Conte, before joining the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Lyon.

He continued his training at the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart with Nicola Biasutti and Piotr Pestov.

A gold medalist at the international competitions in Toulouse and Grasse, he began his professional career with the Ballet of Magdeburg before being hired as a soloist at the Ballet of Cottbus.

In 2014, he was named “Dancer of the Year” by Tanz magazine.

After a stage career, an injury marked a turning point and led him to focus fully on choreography, directing, and teaching.
